Who we are

We are developing youth athletes in the greater Cincinnati area to be the greatest athletes that they can be.

We work with local schools and individuals to build mental and physical preparation for any playing surface – including life.

We offer sport specific training for all ages.

coach Jarred

Jarred Droppleman has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry and is relentless in his pursuit of excellence in mindset and performance, and strives to build this in all of his students.

“As a former wrestler, longtime weightlifter, gym manager and father, I am a major proponent of participation in organized sports and physical fitness regimens for the development of a healthy and positive life.

I would like kids to achieve their maximum potential, not only through physical strength, but strength of character, mental toughness, and a healthy diet – resulting in personal success in whatever surface they choose to play on.”
